Apparently all it takes to make me laugh today is read details of Aaron Hernandez’s alleged murder and whisper “the perfect crime” right after any sentence.

A warrant was issued to recover surveillance footage from the 14 cameras in and around Hernandez’s house, but police discovered that 6-8 hours of footage, from around the time of the murder, was missing.

”..the perfect crimeeeee…..”

A shell casing was found in the rental car after Hernandez returned it—and a piece of chewed blue bubble gum.

"the purrrfect ….crimmeeeee."

When the three—minus the victim—returned to Hernandez’s house, surveillance cameras showed someone carrying a gun into his house, down to the basement, and that’s when cameras were shut off.

"the perrrfict krrimeeee…."

ABC News previously reported that Hernandez hired a professional cleaning service to scrub his house later that day.

"the perrrfect crimmmmeeee"

A law enforcement source close to the case told ABC that Hernandez’s home security system, which may include video surveillance, was intentionally destroyed sometime before police first searched his house. Hernandez’s cell phone was also broken into pieces when he turned it over to investigators.

"ther prefectt crinmerrrr"
